Notice of Assessment Roll

Pursuant to subsection 187(1) of The Cities Act, notice is hereby given that the property assessment roll for the City of Meadow Lake for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection on SAMAView at www.mysama.ca. The digital roll may also be inspected by contacting City Hall.

Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment or classification to the Board of Revision is required to file his or her notice of appeal with: The Assessor, City of Meadow Lake, P.O. Box 610, 506 3rd Street East, Meadow Lake, SK, S9X 1Y5. Appeals must be received at City Hall by 4:00 p.m. on the 30th, day of June 2026. Appeal forms are available on the City Hall website, www.meadowlake.ca.

Assessment Information

Assessment notices have been mailed out as of May 29th, 2026.

When the assessment roll is open, any person may view the details of the assessment roll. We encourage residents to obtain a free account through SAMAView to view any assessment details they wish online. Residents may also contact the City to receive digital copies of the roll information they are the property owners of.

When the roll is open, any person may also appeal their assessment. Deadline for appeals is June 30th, 2026.
