Collection, Disclosure and Use of Personal Information

The City of Meadow Lake is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. All personal information collected by the City, whether through this website or otherwise, is managed in accordance with The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The City of Meadow Lake does not gather any personal information while you browse our website. You may voluntarily provide personal information, such as contact information, through one of our website forms. This information is used by City employees to respond to your service requests. Please note that electronic communications submitted through the website or directly to staff or City Councilors may be shared with relevant employees of the City of Meadow Lake in order to adequately respond to your request and to improve customer service, and may be retained as a record of the City in accordance with the City's Records Retention Bylaw. 

The City of Meadow Lake treats your personal information as confidential, and does not disclose any personal information gathered online to third parties unless disclosure is required by law or for the purposes of an investigation. We do not sell, rent or transmit personal information to other organizations.
