The Infill Housing Incentive applies to new residential dwellings in established neighborhoods, either on existing vacant lots or where an older house is being demolished.
The Commercial Development Incentive applies to new construction or renovations of commercial properties. Extra incentives are in place for the downtown area.
The Tax Exemptions for Local Non-Profits policy allows local non-profits that provide services of value to the community to apply for an exemption on property taxes. Exemptions are granted at Council discretion on an annual basis.
